Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Shreeji Refrigeration (“Shreeji Refrigeration”) all orders are prepaid online. This policy explains our returns, refunds and cancellations.
No returns or refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds once an order is placed, including for change of mind or an incorrectly ordered part number or brand. Please check the brand, part number and connector carefully — or WhatsApp us a photo of your old part on +91 94286 15666 before ordering — as we are not able to accept a return if the wrong part is chosen.
Damaged or defective on arrival
If your order arrives damaged in transit, or the item sent does not match what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/video of the part and its packaging. We will review each case and arrange a replacement where we are at fault.
Cancellations
All orders are prepaid and processed immediately on payment, so an order cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed. Please check the brand, part number and quantity carefully before paying.
